Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to multi-item promotional offers (such as Buy One Get One Free) or bulk buying discounts.

If you find a product that meets the conditions, email us at sales@shhc.com.au with the subject "Price Match Guarantee Request."
Include in your email:

The advertised purchase price, watching out for different prices for various sizes/colors.

The competitor's delivery charges if not included in the total.
If everything checks out, and we approve the Price Match, we'll email you a coupon code. Use this code at checkout to reduce the product cost to the matched amount. The coupon is for one-time use and might take up to 72 hours to reach your inbox.
If we can't match the price, we'll send you an email explaining why.
